Dr. Paras Daithankar

Dr. Paras is a distinguished figure in the coaching industry, holding prestigious credentials such as Master Certified Coach (MCC) from ICF and EIA, and Master Practitioner (MP) and Assessor status from European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
His impactful coaching has transformed numerous lives through training, supervision, and mentoring.
Dr. Paras strongly believes in the power of the mind as the primary tool for personal and professional development. He is a dedicated change agent, committed to fostering positive change in individuals and organizations by enhancing their strengths. His journey in the coaching industry spans over 15 years, during which he has embraced challenges and strived for excellence.
Dr. Paras takes pleasure in sharing his experiences and learnings through internationally recognized certification programs. His unique coaching approach employs a variety of tools and techniques, focusing on transformational work and behavioral patterns. He has developed specialized programs such as ‘Transform Mind Transform Life’ and ‘Mindfulness Self Discover Insight Series’, demonstrating his dedication to the field.
Dr. Paras, a certified Mindfulness Practitioner, and launched the Inner Universe Education Foundation (IIUEF) to manage it. He also established Matrrix, a coach training firm, in 2015. His contributions to coaching earned him the ‘Young Leader Award’ from the International Coach Federation, USA in 2018. His work focuses on making coaching universally accessible and transformative.
